Location Data (App Only)

The iOS app requests access to your location while you are using the app to show your position on the map relative to recreation areas, trails, and facilities. Your location is processed entirely on your device. We do not transmit, store, or share your location data with any server or third party.

No Account Required

The app does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information.

No Analytics or Tracking

The app does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, or behavioral information.

Third-Party Services

The app uses Apple MapKit to display maps. Map tile requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. No other third-party services receive data from the app.

Data Storage

All park data (recreation areas, trails, activities, events) is bundled directly within the app. No data is fetched from external servers. The app works fully offline.

Children’s Privacy

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. It is suitable for all ages.
