Friends of Kerr Lake is a volunteer chapter of NC Friends of State Parks dedicated to the understanding, enjoyment, and protection of Kerr Lake State Recreation Area. We work alongside park staff and the community to preserve this vital natural resource for future generations.

Get Involved
Join NC Friends of State Parks to support Kerr Lake and state parks across North Carolina. Membership starts at $20/year for individuals or $30/year for families.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at the park and campsites. Pets are NOT permitted on swim beaches or inside buildings. All pets must be on an attended leash no longer than 6 feet.
